Instructions
1. melt butter over low heat in a frying pan.
2. add the salsa and water to the frying pan. Allow to come to a boil.
3. crack the egg and pour into the middle of the salsa. The salsa will be pushed out of the way of the egg, creating a pocket for the egg.
4. spoon some of the liquid on top of the egg and then cover.
5. occasionally remove the cover and spoon more hot liquid on top of the egg.
6. continue until the white of the egg is cooked and the yolk is as runny or solid as you desire.
7. Serve with salt and pepper to taste.
