Instructions
1. melt butter in the mug by microwaving for 20 sec
2. add coconut flour, baking powder, and seasoning. mix together.
3. add the egg, water, cheese, and whipping cream. mix well.
4. microwave for 3 minutes. allow cool for 2 minutes.
