Salad Dressing ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup pomegranate juice
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 Tblsp grated ginger

Salad dressing
Combine above ingredients. Shake or mix well.

Applepears, diced
Broken candied walnuts (or pecans)
Pomegranate seeds ( or dried cranberries)
