Chicken Noodle Soup by

Ingredients

young chicken, whole
5-6 eggs, well beaten
flour

Instructions

Boil chicken till meat is almost falling off the bone>
Let it cool and remove bones and gristle, break meat into small pieces.

(Noodles)
Add flour to eggs to get right consistency to roll out and cut into noodles.

Bring broth with meat in it back to a boil.
Add the noodles, a few at a time, stirring as you add.

When all the noodles are added bring back to a boil. Turn off the heat.
Add salt to taste, cover and let it stand.
