Ingredients
first layer:
1 cup flour
1/4 t. salt
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup pecans
1 T. sugar
second layer:
1 - 8 oz. pack cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 T. creme de menthe
1 cup cool whip
third layer:
3 cups milk
2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding (3 oz. size)

pkg. instant chocolate pudding (3 oz. size)
Instructions
First:
Mix ingredients like pie crust.
Press into 7x11 pan,
Bake at 325 degrees (glass) or 350 degrees (metal) - for 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
Second:
Mix first 3 ingredients of second layer, then fold in cool whip.
Third:
Mix the pudding mix according to the directions on the package.
Fourth:
Rest of 8 oz. container of cool whip (missing is what was used) is to be spread over the top of the pudding layer.
(optional) sprinkle chopped nuts or shredded pecans over the top.
