Ingredients

-2 cups flour
-1/2 cup oats
-1/2 cup brown sugar
-2 sticks melted butter
-1 cup chopped pecans
-1 bottle caramel ice cream topping

Instructions

Mix together flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and chopped pecans. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake 15 minute at 400F. Crumble while hot. Cool, then sprinkle 1/2 the crumbs into 9x13in. pan.
Next, drizzle 1/2 bottle of caramel topping on crumbs. Layer ice cream over this. Next, sprinkle other 1/2 crumbles on top and drizzle the remaining caramel on top. Freeze overnight.
