-1/2 package softened cream cheese

Put cookies in food processor until crumbly. Add the cream cheese and pulse until consistency that they will stick together. Add more of each as needed. Form into balls. Melt chocolate for dipping in the microwave or on top of stove. You may want to add a little shortening to chocolate but you can also buy the chocolate that's already in a microwaveable container. Dip balls in chocolate a put as a sheet covered in wax paper. If you want, add sprinkles. Put in the fridge to harden, then in an airtight container.
