Southwest Salad Dressing by

Ingredients
1 Cup of Sour Cream
1/2 Jalapeno, Chopped
2 Tbsp Salsa
1/2 Lime, Juiced
1 Clove of Garlic
1 Tbsp of Fresh Cilantro
1/4 tsp of Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
2 Tbsp of Vegetable Stock
1 Tbsp of Mayo
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 Cup
of Sour Cream

Instructions
Mix it all together, throw it in the fridge for an hour or more to meld the flavors and you're done! Easy Peasy!

* Lettuce mix
* Some fresh cooked corn, shucked off the cob
* Fresh diced tomatoes
* A can of rinsed black beans
* Chopped green onion
* Chopped up Avocado
* A couple handfuls of roughly crushed tortilla chips and, of course
* A big ol' handful of shredded cheese
Throw it all in your salad bowl, grab your dressing and add a few large spoonfuls on top.
