Ingredients
2 Cups Sour cream
4 ½ cups all purpose flour
2 TBLS melted butter
2 eggs plus 1 egg yolk
2 Teas salt
2 TBLS vegetable oil
Potatoe filling
approx. 2 ½ lbs potatoes
Cheese, garlic, onion salt, pepper, salt

s Sour cream

Instructions
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and knead into a soft pliable dough. Cut in half and let rest…covered for 10 min. Roll each half into a thin circle (approx 1/8 -¼ inch). Using a drinking glass cut dough in to round circles to fill with desired filling.
Make sure edges are sealed (using pressure with a fork or other tool)
Boil in salted water for 10 minutes or until floating.
