Spanish Bean Soup by

The Vigo flavoring is a mixture of saffron and other spices and will give the soup the familiar Latino yellow coloring.
Ingredients
4 Cans garbanzo beans (drained)
1 meaty ham hock
1 large onion (chopped)
4-5 white potatoes (cut bite-sized)
2 chrizos (sliced thin) (spanish sausage)
2-3 gloves garllic (diced)
1 large carrot (sliced thin)
32-42 ounces chichen broth
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 packets Vigo flavoring

Instructions
Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook overnight on high or at least 7 hours. Remove the ham hock before serving.
