Cinnamon Rolls by

You can make these with any kind of dough(biscuit or yeast). You will have to let yeast dough rise after cutting and placing on baking sheet.
Ingredients
2 cups biscuit mix
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teas.cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins(optional)
1/2 cup pecans, chopped(optional)

Instructions
Mix biscuit mix and milk until blended. Roll out on floured surface until about 1/3 inch thick. Pour melted butter on top and then sprinkle with mixture of sugar/cinnamon and sprinkle with raisins and pecans. Roll up jellyroll fashion and slice into rolls. Place on baking sheet or in muffin tins (greased) and cook in oven on 375 for approx. 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and glaze with a mixture of 1/2 cup confectioners sugar and 1-2 tbls. milk. Serve immediately.
