Broccoli and Ham Roll-ups by

This is one of my children's favorite dishes. They still ask me to make it when they come back for a visit. Almost everyone of them have called me when they (or their spouse) were trying to make it.
Ingredients
6-10 thin slices of boiled or baked ham
1 plg. frozen broccoli spears
1/2 cup mayonaise
3 tbls. all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups of milk
Dash of salt
1/3 cup Parmasean cheese
Soft buttered bread crumbs

Instructions
Cook broccoli according to directions. Roll one or two spears in one or two ham slices (your choice). Place seam side down in shallow baking dish. Make sause by mixing the flour and slt into the mayonaise, then stir in milk slowly until thoughly mixed. Place pan over medium-high heat and cook(stirring constantly) until sauce is thick and bubbly. Pour over ham roll-ups and top with soft bread crumbs. (I make mine by putting softened butter on two slices of bread and running in the food processor). Bake inoven at 350 until bubbly and browned on top (approx. 20 min.)
