Asparagus Casserole by

Ingredients

1 sm. can of asparagus
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 hard boiled eggs (diced)
1/2 lb. American cheese (diced)
24 saltine crackers(crushed)
1 Cup milk

Instructions

Layer in lightly greased casserole dish in this order:
1/2 of crackers
1/2 of cheese
1/2 of eggs
1/2 of asparagus
1/2 of soup
Dot with butter
Repeat
Pour milk over and then 2 tbsp. of asparagus juice. Then top with a small amount of shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
