Ingredients
1/2 cup oil
1 stick butter
1 tbls. molasses, or dark Karo syrup
1 cup honey
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 lbs. oats(use mostly old fashioned and some quick oatmeal,
but NOT INSTANT!)
2 cups Grape Nuts
1 cup wheat germ
1 lb. coconut, flaked
1/2 cup chopped pecans or almonds
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup sunflower seed (optional)
1 cup chiopped dried apricots
1 pkg. chopped dates
1 cup raisins (any other dried fruit you like)

Instructions
Melt first five ingredients together in a sauce pan. Mix rest of the ingredients in large bowl or pot. Pour liquid over top and stir together. Spread evenly in a 15x10 jelly roll pan, lightly oiled. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes, stirring every 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Cool, break apart and store in air tight container.
