1pkt sunshine malt biscuits (any malt biscuit will do)
1 tin condensed milk
1/2 cup coconut
1bag peppermints (oddfellows or 2DL brand)

1 pkt sunshine malt biscuits (any malt biscuit will do) 1 tin condensed milk 1/2 cup coconut 1 bag peppermints (oddfellows or 2DL brand)

crumb biscuits
crush peppermints
mix all ingerdients together

turn out onto coconut & roll into 4 logs
wrap each in alfoil & keep in fridge/freezer
