Stovetop Pizza by

Ingredients

1/2 cup self rising flour
1/2 cup plain flour
2/3 cup lukewarm water
pinch of salt
1 rounded tsp dried yeast
1 tsp honey

Instructions

In large, deep nonstick fry pan mix together all ingredients except toppings. You will get a slightly lumpy, thin dough. Spread the dough to cover the bottom of the pan. Spread a layer of pizza sauce on top of the dough, and then add all your favorite pizza toppings (veggies on top of sauce, cheese on top of veggies).

Cover pan and cook on Medium heat for 5 minutes. Then tilt the cover to vent slightly and cook 10 more minutes.
