Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
2 14oz cans diced fire-roasted tomatoes, undrained
1 can each black beans, pinto beans, red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 14oz can beef broth
3 medium yellow onions, chopped (1 1/2 cups)
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 tbsp chili powder
1 canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, finely chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp coriander
2 oz. bittersweet chocolate
1 tbsp honey

Instructions
Cook ground beef, drain fat.
Transfer beef to slow cooker. Stir in tomatoes, beans, broth, onions, tomato sauce, chili powder, chipotle pepper, garlic, cumin, cinnamon and coriander.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or High for 3-4 hours. Stir in chocolate and honey. Cover and cook on High for 15 minutes. Serve with sour cream and onions.
