Ingredients
2 T. tomato sauce
1/4 cup water
1 small onion, diced
8 oz. frozen peas and carrots
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 lb. ground beef
2 T. Worcestershire
24 oz. instant potatoes

Instructions
Whisk tomato paste with water. Stir in onion, peas and carrots, salt, pepper, and thyme. Top with beef and Worcestershire. Seal and cook on manual for 8 minutes. Quick release and turn on broiler. Prepare instant potatoes according to package. Stir meat mixture, then stir in 1 cup of potatoes. Transfer to 1 quart souffle dish. Top beef mixture with remaining potatoes and broil until browned, 3 to 5 minutes.
