8 lb. cooked spiral sliced ham, liquid reserved
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup honey
1 jalapeno chili pepper, stemmed, thinly sliced and seeded

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325. Place ham slices upright in a shallow roasting pan. For berry glaze, in a medium saucepan combine reserved juices, orange juice, jam, berries, honey and jalapeno. Bring to a boil Reduce to a simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes or until syrupy. Brush glaze over ham.
Cover ham loosely with foil and bake 1 hour 20 minutes or until heated through. Brush occasionally with glaze.
Increase oven temperature to 425 and remove foil from ham. Spoon remaining glaze over the top and sides. Bake 10 minutes more or until top of ham is crispy and ham is heated through.
Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
