Ingredients

Bahan A:
800-1000g air
1 ulas bawang putih dihiris
Lengkuas dihiris
~2cm kunyit hidup dihiris
1 keping asam kering
1/4 sk belacan

Bahan B:
2-3 keping ikan aya/tongkol
1-2 sk garam secukup rasa

Instructions

1. Letakkan blade cover & peeler (BCP). Jika tiada boleh letakkan butterfly whisk.
2. Masukkan bahan A dan panaskan air [7min/100'C/reverse, sp.1]. Jika tiada BCP, gunakan speed reverse,sp.1 juga.
3. Masukkan bahan B dan masak [4-5min/100'C/reverse,sp.1]. Jika tiada BCP, gunakan speed reverse,spoon.
