Thermomix - Daging Masak Hitam by

Ingredients

Bahan A:
1 bj bawang besar
2-3 ulas bawang merah
4 ulas bawang putih
1" halia
2 btg serai dipotong
30g air

Bahan B:
1-2 sb cili kisar (ikut tahan pedas diinginkan)
1 pek serbuk kari daging
1 sb serbuk kurma
4 rempah beradik (1kayu manis, 2 bunga lawang, 4 pelaga, 3 cengkih)
1 sk biji jintan manis
90-100g minyak masak

Bahan C:
500g daging dipotong
80-90g kicap manis
1 sb kerisik
1/2-1 sk garam secukup rasa
20g nissan/gula
300g air atau lebih jika ingin berkuah cair

Instructions

1. Masukkan bahan A dan kisar [10sec/sp.10].
2. Masukkan bahan B dan tumis [10min/120'C/sp.1].
3. Masukkan bahan C dan masak [45min/varoma/reverse,spoon].
