Ingredients

Bahan A:
1 biji bawang besar potong 4
2 ulas merah
3 ulas bawang putih
25g halia
30g air

Bahan B:
30-50g (~3sb) cili kisar
90-100g minyak masak

Bahan C:
500-700g daging dipotong
60g gula melaka/nissang
1 sk pes asam jawa
2 sk garam secukup rasa
300g air

Instructions

1. Masukkan bahan A dan kisar [10sec/sp.10].
2. Masukkan bahan B dan tumis [15min/120'C/sp.1].
3. Masukkan bahan C dan masak daging [45min/varoma/reverse,spoon].
4. Jika daging belum lembut, tambah masa dan sedikit air jika perlu.
