Ingredients

Bahan A:
3 ulas bawang putih
2-3 ulas bawang merah
10g ikan bilis

Bahan B:
15g minyak masak
3/4-1 sk lada hitam

Bahan C:
1 batang petola dibuang kulit keras dan potong bulat/menyerong
600-700g air atau sehingga paras sayur
20g fucuk (tak perlu rendam)
20g suhun (tak perlu rendam)
1/2-1 sk garam secukup rasa

Instructions

1. Masukkan bahan A dan kisar [6sec/sp.6].
2. Masukkan bahan B dan tumis [5min/120'C/sp.1].
3. Masukkan bahan C dan masak [8min/100'C/100'C/reverse, sp. 0.5]
