Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango, flesh removed and diced
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- Crushed ice
- 1 cup water

1. Prepare Ingredients:
- Peel the mango and remove the flesh. Cut it into chunks.
- Measure out the evaporated milk, sugar, crushed ice, and water.
2. Blend:
- Place the mango chunks, evaporated milk, sugar, crushed ice, and water into the Thermomix bowl.
- Blend on speed 6 until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds. Adjust the blending time to achieve your desired consistency.
3. Serve:
- Pour the mango smoothie into glasses.
- Garnish with additional mango slices or mint leaves if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing mango goodness!
