Ingredients

Bahan A:
200g santan (1 kotak)
600g air
35g chicken stock / 1/2 kiub pati ayam
3 btg akar ketumbar
2 btg serai diketuk
40g lengkuas dihiris

Bahan B:
100g ayam
5-10 helai daun limau purut
2-10 tangkai cili
50g thai chili/tomyum paste
30-50g sos ikan
50g jus limau
25g gula melaka

Bahan C:
400g sayur (bunga kubis, carrot, cendawan etc.)
Protein lembut (udang, sotong etc.)
1/2 sk garam secukup rasa
50g susu cair
1/2 biji bawang holland dihiris

Bahan D:
1 biji tomato potong 4
25g daun ketumbar dipotong

Instructions

1. Masukkan bahan A dan masak [7min/98'C/reverse,spoon].
2. Masukkan bahan B dan masak [7min/98'C/reverse,spoon].
3. Masukkan bahan C dan masak [7min/98'C/reverse,spoon].
4. Masukkan bahan D pada 3 minit terakhir melalui lubang penutup.
