Ingredients
2-2lb. chickens
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 T. oil
1 clove Garlic
1 t. grated lemon peel
3 T. water
1 t. oregano
2 t. Worchestershire sauce
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
Place cavity side up in pan. Mix lemon peel & juice, water, oil, oregano, garlic, & worster. Marinate 1 hr. turning once or twice. Line baking pan with foil & place drained chicken cavity side up in pan. Add 1/2 marinade & sprinkle with 1/2 cheese. Bake uncovered 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn chicken, pour remaining marinade & sprinkle remaining cheese. Bake 30 minutes longer or until chicken is done & well browned.
