Apple Butter Cake Roll by

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour, divided
3/4 cup sugar, divided
2 tes. ground cinnamon
1 tes. cake spice
1 tes. baking powder
1/4 tes. baking soda
1/4 cup butter (melted)
1/4 cup molasses
2 tbs. water
2 tbs. confectioners' sugar

Instructions
Line a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan with waxed papper and grease the paper. Sprinkle with tablespoon flour and 2 tablespoons sugar; set aside.
In large mixing bowl combine ingredients (except apple butter) Mix well. Pour into prepared baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 mins.
Cool 5 mins. Sprinkle confectioners' sugar on cake. Turn cake onto a thin kitchen towel, Gently peel off wax paper. Roll up cake in the towel jelly-roll style. Start with the short side. Cool completely on wire rack.
Unroll cake; spread apple butter to within 1/2 in. of edge, Roll up again. Cover and chill. Refrigerate leftovers.
