1 lb. extra lean gground beef
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup catsup
1 T. worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup bell pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray.
Mix everything together (except cheese) and spoon into muffin pan.
Cook for 30 min. Top with cheese; cook 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
