Pork Roast by

Ingredients

Pork Roast
Olive Oil
Spices
Garlic
Beef Broth
Water

Instructions

Turn oven to 500 degrees or broil. Take meat and rub with oil, spices, and garlic and place in sterno or pan. After meat is browned, take out and add can of beef broth and one can of water. Cover with foil paper and put back in oven at 400 degrees. Cook for at least 1 1/2 hours.
