Prosciutto-Wrapped Shrimp by

Ingredients

6 thin slices procsciutto, halved length-wise
12 raw, peeled, deveigned large shrimp
2 tablespoons maple syrup
toothpicks

Instructions

Wrap the proscuitto around each shrimp and place seam side down on a baking sheet. Brush with syrup. Roast at 425 until the sprimp is opaque (10-12 minutes). Serve with toothpicks.
