Ingredients
1 c sugar
1 c powdered sugar
1 c butter
1 c vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 t salt
1 t baking soda
1 t cream of tartar
4 c + 4 T flour

Instructions
Cream sugars, butter and oil; add eggs. Add dry ingredients and roll into balls; place on cookie sheet. Flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
