Ingredients
1 c brown sugar
1 t butter
1 egg
1/2 t nutmeg
1/2 c cream
1-2 doz small pie crusts or phyllo crusts

Instructions
Mix all ingredients and pour into individual crusts set in a muffin tin. Bake at 350 until set and browned.
