Ingredients
6-8 large croissants
3-4 eggs
1/4 c half-half
garlic powder
S&P
chopped rosemary and thyme
deli ham
(block) swiss cheese, cut in slices
shredded morzerella cheese

1/2 honey
1/2 T chopped rosemary and thyme

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Slice croissants in 3 pieces. Whisk together eggs, milk, spices, herbs.
Dip each croissant into egg mixture and lay into prepared 13x9 cake pan. Pour any extra liquid on top.
fold each slice of deli meat in half 4x...makes a rose. Poke each piece in between croissants. Poke cheese slices between croissants. Sprinkle with mozzarella..
Bake 10-12 min until cheese is melted.
