* English Muffin Egg Flip by

Ingredients

For one.

butter
english muffin - sliced
2 eggs - whipped
2 cheddar cheese slices
2 slices cooked bacon
cooked hash brown patty

Instructions

Heat butter in small skillet. Pour in eggs; lay english muffin top & bottom down into skillet to get wet. Flip over muffins to inside and cook until eggs are done. Fold eggs on side of muffins onto english muffins. Layer a slice of cheese on each muffin; lay bacon on one side; layer on hash brown patty. Flip top half of muffin over bottom.
