Ingredients

3 c (1 1/2 cans) unsweetened coconut milk
1 c sugar
1/8 t salt
1 T lime zest 1
1/2 c fresh lime juice

Instructions

Place a 1-quart, freezer-safe container with a tight-fitting lid in the freezer to chill. Set up an ice bath and pre-chill ice cream
maker.
1. To a medium saucepan over medium heat, add coconut milk, sugar, salt, and zest. Heat mixture, stirring occasionally until
sugar dissolves. Transfer to a medium bowl, add lime juice, and cool over an ice bath.
2. Transfer mixture to the ice cream maker. Churn according to the manufacturers’ instructions for sorbet. Enjoy right away or
transfer to a freezer-safe container.
