Salad Wedges with Blue Cheese Dressing by

Ingredients
1 cold pack blue cheese
4 T sour cream
1/2 olive oil
1 T red wine vinegar
dash worchestire sauce
s&p to taste
bacon, cooked and crumbled
iceburg lettuce, wedged

Instructions
Crumble blue cheese with fork into bowl, leaving lumpy. Add sour cream and mix well. Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, worchestire sauce, and s&p. Mix well. Spoon over lettuce wedges and sprinkle with bacon.
