Homemade Granola (laura) by

Ingredients

2 Containers rolled oats (I use Quaker)
2 cups maple syrup
3 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

Mix together in large bowl and spread out on a jelly roll pan that is covered with foil or parchment paper and grease lightly. Bake at 250 for 2.5 hours. Once done, remove and cool.

Lightly toast 2 cups of coconut flakes at 400 and sprinkle on top of granola.

Now you can add whatever you like on top. I usually add craisins or raisins, unsalted pecans or walnuts and dates. Once cooled, break entire mixture into crumbles.

When I eat it, I usually add fresh fruit (blueberries, raspberries, strawberry’s, etc. I also either eat it with Almond milk or yogust.
