Ingredients
1 - 8oz Philadelphia cream cheese softened
1 - Cup roasted and salted cashews chopped
1- 8oz Sour Cream
1/2 to 1 - TBS curry powder
1/2 Cup chutney (remove dark and cut up any big pieces) (I use 3/4 of a jar of
Major Greys)
2 pieces of crispy crumbled bacon

Instructions
If you can only find roasted I still roast them in the oven first, it helps bring out the flavor. 400* for about 10 min until they just lightly changed color. Watch it or they will burn...
Mix the first 5 ingredients together by hand, but if you want a smoother less chunky consistency you can use a food processor. Make this a day ahead so the flavors get happy together. When ready to serve top with bacon. Wheat Thins seem to be the perfect flavor and crunch with the spread.
