Spinach Salad w/Parmesan Dressing by

3/4 c salad oil
1/4 c lemon juice
2 T grated parmesan cheese
3/4 t salt
fresh ground pepper
1/4 t sugar
1/4 t seasoning salt
1 c seasoned croutons
2 chopped cooked eggs
1 c sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c crumbled, cooked bacon
fresh spinach

Instructions
Mix oil, lemon juice, cheese, s & p, sugar, and seasoning salt. Pour over salad mixture - spinach, chopped eggs, mushrooms, and croutons. Toss.
