2T butter
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c chopped red pepper
1 c corn
s&p
cayenne
minced garlic
chopped jalapeno
1/2 c mayo
1/2 c sour cream
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 c shredded jack cheese
1/2 c bacon bits
more shredded cheese for top
chopped green onions
tortilla chips

Heat oven to 350. Saute onion and red pepper in butter. Add corn - saute. Add s&p, cayenne, garlic, jalapeno - saute and stir well. Put in oven proof bowl. Sprinkle with more shredded cheese. Bake until bubbly. Top with gr onions.
