Note: I sometimes bake in a jelly roll pan; reduce baking time.

Cake:
2 c flour
2 c sugar
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c miniature marshmallows
1 t baking soda
1/2 c buttermilk
1 c coke
2 beaten eggs
6 T cocoa powder

Icing:
1 stick butter
3 T cocoa powder
6 T Coca Cola
1 box powdered sugar
1 c chopped nuts

Combine flour and sugar. Heat butter, coke and cocoa to boiling. Pour onto dry mixture. Add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda, and marshmallows. Pour into a 13x9" prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Ice while hot with Coca Cola Icing

Icing:
Combine butter, cocoa and coke. Heat to boiling and add powdered sugar. Mix throughly and add nuts. Spread over hot cake.
