Impossibly Easy Breakfast Bake (crowd size) by

Ingredients
2 pkgs (12 oz each) bulk pork sausage
1 c chopped bell pepper
1/2 c chopped onion
3 c frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 c Bisquick
2 c milk
1/4 t black pepper
4 eggs

Instructions
Heat oven to 400. Grease 13x9 baking disk. Cook sausage, bell pepper and onion in skillet until sausage is browned; drain. Stir together sausage mixture, hash browns and 1 1/2 c cheese and pour in baking dish.
Stir Bisquick, milk, eggs and pepper until blended. Pour into baking dish.
Bake uncovered 40-45 minutes until set. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bale 1-2 min longer until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
