1+ lb ground beef
1 t seasoning salt
pepper to taste
1 t sugar
3 8oz cans of tomato sauce
12 oz wide noodles, cooked (still warm)
2 bunches green onions, chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c sour cream
2 c finely shredded cheddar cheese

Brown beef. Add seasonings and tomato sauce. Remove from heat. Mix warm noodles with cream cheese, onions and sour cream. In a 13x9" casserole, layer noodles and cover with the sauce. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350.
