Lobster Shooters (UMOM) by

Ingredients

Mango, diced
papaya, diced
bell pepper, diced
pepper flakes
flaked crabmeat
cilantro, chopped finely
red onion, diced

Garlic Cream Sauce:
butter
garlic, finely minced
whipping cream

Instructions



1. Mango, papaya, bell peppers diced, pepper flakes (you could also marinate in favorite liquor)
2. Lobster flaked, cilantro, red onions and garlic cream sauce
Put step 1 on the bottom of the shot glass and layer with step 2

Garlic Cream Sauce:
In heavy bottom pot, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add garlic and saute lightly to release flavor. Do not brown garlic! Stir in whipping cream. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and let sauce barely simmer until the volume has been reduced by 10%. Cool.
