Ingredients
6 med onions
4 T butter
8 c beef boullion
s&p to taste
sliced sour dough bread
grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
Peel and slice onions and saute in butter until transparent. Do not brown. Pour stock over onions and bring to boil. Simmer 10-15 min. Serve with sliced of bread and cheese.
