Crust:
2/3 c powdered sugar
2 c flour

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13x9 baking dish (or jelly roll pan if you want smaller squares). Sift sugar and flour together; cut in butter and combine until fine crumbs form. Pat crust into prepared pan and bake for 20 min (10 min for jelly roll pan). Remove from oven.
Melt butter, honey, cream and brown sugar. Stir in pecans, coating them throughly. Spread over warm crust. Return to oven and bake 25 (15) min. more. Cool completely before cutting.
