Ingredients
2 c cornmeal
2 t baking powder
1 t salt
1 t sugar
2 T minced onion
2 eggs, beaten
2 c milk
oil for frying

Instructions
Mix cornmeal, baking powder, salt, sugar, and onion in bowl and mix well. Fold in eggs and milk. Drop 1 T of mixture into hot oil and fry until brown.
