Ingredients
1 lb drip coffee
3 lbs sugar
1 qt 100 proof vodka
2 oz vanilla extract

Instructions
Mix coffee with 1 1/4 quarts of water and bring to boil. Simmer slowly, uncovered for 40 minutes. Strain through cheesecloth. This will make about 1 lb of concentrate. Mix sugar with 1 qt of water and boil for 5 minutes. Add coffee concentrate (straining again) and cool. Add vodka and vanilla. Let sit a couple of days before serving.
