Mexican Casserole (Carrie) by

Ingredients
1/2 lb ground beef or shredded chicken
Taco seasoning packet
Small chopped onion
1 can rotel tomatoes
chopped cilantro
diced green chilies
1 can cream soup (chicken or mushroom)
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c milk
Shredded cheese (whatever you want-- I think I had Munster in the one you had)
Taco chips

Instructions
Brown meat as you would for tacos and add seasoning (you can use packet or just do own seasoning like we do).
Add chopped onion and cook a little until tender
In bowl- mix cooled beef mixture, tomatoes, soup, sour cream and milk. You may need to add more milk- you want it a little soupy so it's not dry after it's baked.
In casserole dish- put layer of chips, then half of the mixture top with shredded cheese then repeat and end with chips and cheese.
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes-- until chips are browned and cheese is melted.
