6 large russet potatoes
Large pot to boil them
Salt and pepper
Salted butter cubed about six cubes
1/4 cup whole milk
Mixer with paddle attachments
Cutting board and knife

6 large russet potatoes 1/4 cup whole milk

Cube potatoes boil on high then medium heat 32-34 minutes or until soft
Drain return the pan
Add milk butter salt and pepper mash with hand mixer until your desired consistency
